In the Kitchen in the Castle in the Clouds in the Sky, you find a curious thing -- it appears to be a wheel-shaped device used for dividing up the household (or Castlehold) chores among the different giants.
Right now it appears that it's the Procrastination Giant's turn to guard the back door.

You turn the wheel clockwise, making it the Procrastination Giant's turn to feed the cat. As you lay resting from the exertion of turning the wheel, you hear some hustling and bustling taking place elsewhere in the Castle.

You turn the wheel counterclockwise, making it the Procrastination Giant's turn to pay the bills. As you lay resting from the exertion of turning the wheel, you hear some hustling and bustling taking place elsewhere in the Castle.

You leave the wheel alone.

Notes
- Turning the wheel expends an adventure, but leaving the wheel alone does not.
- Turning clockwise will cause The Cat's in the Castle and the Silver Spoon to appear and the next wheel to be Wheel in the Clouds in the Sky, Keep On Turning (C).
- Turning counterclockwise will cause Outage, Brief Candle to appear and the next wheel to be Wheel in the Clouds in the Sky, Keep On Turning (B).
