This is a functional metronome made of wicker, if you allow the definition of functional to be stretched a little bit.

Notes
- Cadenza now staggers your opponent when used. There is no additional message or anything to indicate when this happens.
- Being an off-hand item, the wicker clicker can only add stagger to the few 1-handed accordions such as the accord ion and pygmy concertinette.
- Note that Shakespeare's Sister's Accordion and the zombie accordion's Cadenzas already stagger the monster. In this case, the wicker clicker effectively does nothing - the monster is still only staggered for one round.
