When Used:

Against a regular monster: You call upon the fury of the great sun god Ra, and the clouds (and/or ceiling) part as a single brilliant beam of sunlight descends from the heavens to illuminate your foe -- and then vaporize her with a yellow flash and a sound that sounds a bit like PYOWWW!. It's going to take a little while before your eyes readjust. You acquire an effect: Everything Looks Yellow (duration: 100 Adventures) Against a monster which cannot be disintegrated: Even the Wrath of Ra can only deal X damage against this ferocious foe. You acquire an effect: Everything Looks Yellow (duration: 5 Adventures)
