The following is a list of everything that changes the frequency at which familiars act during a combat.

These only work on familiars which have a chance of acting (i.e. having a message) each round of combat. The Slimeling isn't affected by these because its squishy noises count as actions.

These are applied additively. If the familiar has a base chance of 25%, then Jingle Jangle Jingle will make that chance 35%, not 27.5%.
