This outfit allows you to get the Elite Guard Tattoo from the Pretentious Artist.
Wearing this outfit unlocks daily rewards in several zones of Cobb's Knob:
- 25 of each substat in the Harem once a day, and then no further access allowed
- 300 Meat once a day in the Treasury, and then no further access allowed
- Heals up to 50 HP and 50 MP in the Barracks
