Marbles are off-hand items that come out of the lesser slimy cysts found in The Slime Tube. It takes 2 marbles of one type to combine into the next type. Their selling price is equivalent to the number of green peawee marbles it would take to upgrade to that specific marble.
If you can collect one of each marble, and then use the big bumboozer marble, a marble collector will appear and offer you 32,768 Meat for one of each marble. This will unlock a trophy, if you don't already have it.
They are presented here in the same order they're made when merging in-game.
