These are some wispy tendrils left over from a lihc. As you look at them, a malevolent telepathic whisper invades your mind.

Prior to the Pastamancer Revamp on November 14, 2013, this was used to establish a link to Angel Hair Wisp, a Pasta Guardian. It gave the following messages when used:
