• With lucky Tam O'Shanter equipped:

  <name> pulsates rapidly. You get a vague premonition of a distant future in which temporal riftlets have eyes and can wink at you.

• With miniature gravy-covered maypole equipped:

  <name> pulsates rapidly. You have a vague memory of it dancing around a maypole at some point in the distant past.

• With wax lips equipped:

  <name> smiles in slow motion with the lips that are somehow suspended in his howling void.

Arena Messages

Notes

• November 2005's special of the month from Mr. Store.
• The Riftlet blocks at the same rate as the Levitating Potato (1.5% per pound, maximum of 90%).
• After winning any fight, the Riftlet has a W/1000 chance to give +1 Adventure (where W is familiar's buffed weight or 222, whichever is lower), with no daily limit.
  • Some time in 2024/07, the Riftlet and Reagnimated Gnome became capped so 222 is the max allowed W value for adventure generation purposes.
