Ingredients
The materials for the plain pizza can be obtained from a number of places:
*Purchasing dough for 50 meat from The Bugbear Bakery (given the proper outfit)
*Purchasing dough for 50 meat from The Degrassi Knoll Bakery and Hardware Store (given the proper zodiac sign)
*Purchasing dough for 40 meat from Madeline's Baking Supply (after completing a Quest)
*Purchasing tomatoes for 70 meat from The Hippy Store which becomes The Organic Produce Stand after the War starts.
*Using an all-purpose flower in The Gift Shop (given enough ascensions)
*Farming dough from a variety of low level monsters (Knob Goblin Chef, Gnollish Piebaker, Bread Golem, Yeast Beast, and doughbat)
*Farming tomato from the Knob Goblin Chef or possessed can of tomatoes

The plain pizza alone is rather unintresting at an average of 1.5 adventures per fullness and no stat gain.  Adding a topping to it makes it a much more intresting pizza with various stat gains.
If purchased from the cheapest shops, the materials for the plain pizza cost 110 meat, or less with Travoltan trousers equipped and/or Five Finger Discount.

The sausage pizza and mushroom pizza are more common than the goat cheese pizza primarly because the goat cheese is later used for a quest and is farmed at a much higher level than the knob mushroom or knob sausage.
Notes
*Eating 5 white chocolate and tomato pizzas earns you the Weeping Pizza Trophy.
*Characters with the Pizza Lover skill gain one additional adventure per point of fullness the pizza gives and doubled substats.

History
*Goat cheese pizzas were once given as part of the Level 8 quest. This changed on July 24th, 2012.

Once a topping is added, the pizza gains one fullness to become a three fullness item, and instead of 2-4 adventures the pizza gives 3-10 adventures along with 15-18 points in the stat making it 4.3 adventures per fullness and 11 stats per fullness.  For dedicated stat points, this compares very favorably with some of the more advanced dishes such as a chow mein which gives 14.5 stats/fullness and about five adventures per fullness.

Pizzas are an easy to make food that comes in four types: plain, cheese, mushroom (plus its eldritch equivalent), and sausage. A haunted variety can also be cooked. A few other pizzas exist: the candy cane and Carrot, Cabbage, and Kale pizzas are retired Cafe offerings, and thus could never be obtained; the slice of pizza and Incredible pizza are monster drops and thus cannot be crafted, the white chocolate and tomato pizza, which cannot be directly crafted and the diabolic pizza which can only be made with a diabolic pizza cube.

Pizzas are generally of a lower quality than many other foods that can be cooked. However, they require no skills to create, and the ingredients are relatively easy to obtain if you have ascended under the proper moon sign.

The plain pizza is a 2-fullness item averaging 1.5 adventures per fullness, has no stat gain, and has no level requirement. Having the Pizza Lover passive skill increases this to an average of 2.5 adventures per fullness.

Once a topping is added, the pizza becomes a three fullness item averaging 2.17 adventures & 5.5 stats per fullness, and requires you to be level 2. Having the Pizza Lover passive skill increases this to an average of 3.17 adventures and 11 stats per fullness.

White chocolate and tomato pizzas are not cooked; they result from an exploding chef-in-the-box.

What with being the product of a world event, the eldritch mushroom pizza gives far more stats than the others, as well as a slightly better adventure per fullness ratio (and a level requirement of 12 instead of 2).
