This trophy is earned by by killing all the monsters in The Dungeons of Doom, save for The Master Of Thieves and the Mimic 120 times.

- The image depicts the setup used by many NetHack players performing extinctionist runs - the player lures (summoned) monsters onto an altar surrounded by a boulder fortification and kills them, using the boulders to restrict the path of the monsters and using the altar to sacrifice their corpses for various rewards.
- The image name is one of many intrinsic attributes that could be reported to a player in NetHack at the end of a game.
- Since the first player to have this trophy had never ascended when he got it, it can safely be assumed that the mimic is not included in the list of monsters one must defeat 120 times to obtain this trophy. Likewise, it can safely assume that no single player has fought the Master of Thieves more than once, much less 120 times.
