This is a sack of goodies made by the Pork Elves in the Times of Old.

- When used, it gives five random Pork Elf gems. It is possible to receive five of the same gem, or to not receive any of one type of gem.
- This item is a reward for ascending after a hardcore run. It is received in the letter from King Ralph XI in your new life.
