sleepy mariachi You're fighting a sleepy mariachi

This mariachi bandit looks only half-awake, as though he just finished his siesta. He blinks at you sleepily, as though confused about what he's seeing. Better decide what to do about him before he wakes up enough to realize you shouldn't be here.

Miss Message(s):

The bandit shakes his head a couple times, rubs his eyes, and looks at you in surprise. He seems to finally have become fully aware of the fact that you've broken into the barracks for some kind of nefarious purpose, though he doesn't seem to have figured out what to do about that yet.

After Combat
You acquire an item: spangly sombrero (??% chance)*
You acquire an item: spangly mariachi pants (??% chance)*
You acquire an item: spangly mariachi vest (??% chance)*

Does not drop; pickpocket only:

You acquire an item: hacienda key

Occurs at The Barracks.

Notes

This monster will never attack, he will only become a surprised mariachi after one round of combat.
