You acquire an item: Elf Guard MPC

• Using it is announced in the /crimbo chat channel:

CBC Radio: <playername> has developed a comprehensive invasion plan, ensuring maximum booty for all those fighting the elves.

• When 60 minutes have passed since the previous map was used, and another map has not yet been used:

CBC Radio: The elves have reworked their plans, and the comprehensive invasion plan is no longer yielding additional plunder.
