You find Dr. Hobo's map in the Outskirts of Cobb's Knob. First you need something to extend your reach. Chewing gum on a string won't cut it here, but something else from the Market will. Think Indiana Jones, and equip the cool whip. Now, you need to quickly switch Dr. Hobo's scalpel with something about the same size and weight, an asparagus knife, which you get in the Haunted Pantry.
