These chaps are a couple of polite British gentlemen... wait, no. These are leg coverings made out of the tough, tough hide of a vicious Gnauga, one of the beasties the Gnomes raise as pets/home-defense. Gnauga hide is tougher than Mr. T eating week-old beef jerky.
