There is an in-game bug related to this page.
The Guard turtle shell does not give any extra damage.

This skill allows you to follow up a successful attack with a vicious headbutt to your opponent. The damage done by the headbutt is increased if you're wearing any kind of turtle as a helmet.

Effect: Deals (helmet power/10) to (helmet power/5) damage (1 if no helmet equipped) in addition to your regular weapon attack
When Used:
You follow up the attack with a vicious headbutt, delivering X additional damage.
or
You head off your opponent's recovery with a vicious headbutt, for X damage.
or
You add injury to injury, headbutting for X damage.
or
You make like a turtle at a heavy metal concert and headbutt for X damage.
or
You headbutt it for X damage, somehow managing not to knock yourself silly, too.
or
You headbutt the butthead you're fighting for X damage.
or
You snarl, "what are you looking at, butthead?" and headbutt it for X damage.
or
You know that part in the Avengers where Thor headbutts Iron Man? That was awesome. You do something like that, for X damage.
