It's Electric!
You're pulsing with electricity. You can't see it, though -- you gotta feel it! And anything that gets anywhere near you is sure to feel it as well.

Notes
- Damages an attacking opponent when it hits the player:
- Your opponent brushes up against you and gets shocked for X damage.
- Damage is 30-40 above water, and 60-80 underwater.
