Kokomo Resort Order Pad
This is a pretty ordinary pad of paper, except it has "Kokomo Resort and Restaurant" stamped on the top. And it's green with a white upper margin, and each page is stamped with a different serial number, and is pre-printed with little blanks for TOTAL and TAX and TIP... but except for all that stuff, it's a pretty ordinary pad of paper.
