This is a lump of diamond, which is one of the hardest metals known to man. Though it's kind of pretty, it's too hard to do anything useful with, and too common to have any collectible value. Oh well.

- Part of the item's description, which originally read "one of the hardest metals known the man", is taken from a particularly stupid GameFAQs post that went on to become a meme.
- The low value of this item isn't entirely ironic. Diamonds are actually a lot more common than many other precious stones, but their demand and thus their value has been artificially inflated by the diamond industry through marketing.
