Notes: It's not +30 actual damage, it's +30 to your buffed muscle, with the usual bonus damage if you exceed the monster's defense. I also found that my hit rates were consistent with a +30 muscle bonus.

This is a thrust-smack with a lunge added to it for good measure. If it connects, will do triple weapon damage to your opponent.
