mayfly bait necklace
This is a necklace with a little container of mayfly bait hanging from it. You're not entirely sure how it works, since adult mayflies can't actually eat. Maybe it appeals to their desire for violence, instead.

Allows Summoning of Mayflies in Combat
NOTE: You may not equip more than one of these at a time.
NOTE: This item cannot be equipped while in Hardcore.
