Some of the above numbers are incorrect.  I believe it should be: 
* 4 pine tars
* 2 spiked femurs
* ?4? skeleton bones
* It may use multiple brains
* The text upon making it said it used 2 clockwork claws, but I only noticed 1 leave my inventory.
Can someone verify these numbers?
