The stairway leading to the next room is blocked by a giant floating mass of ears. This must be the dreaded Beast with n Ears you've heard so much about.
The Beast forms a tight seal around your throat with one of its ears, and squeezes, giving you a painful hickey.
The Beast expands and contracts rapidly, shooting out a powerful stream of earwax that, thankfully, misses you completely.
