The stairway leading to the next room is blocked by a giant floating mass of ears. This must be the dreaded Beast with n Ears you've heard so much about.
The Beast forms a tight seal around your <nipple> with one of its ears, and squeezes, giving you a painful hickey. Ow! Ouch! Ugh! Ouch! Eek!
The Beast expands and contracts rapidly, shooting out a powerful stream of earwax that, thankfully, misses you completely.
