- X is equal to number of Discount Telescope Warehouse gift certificate used, up to a maximum of 7 (which makes All Attributes +35%).
- If you use a Discount Telescope Warehouse gift certificate while already buffed with Starry-Eyed, X will increase by 5 unless you had already reached the maximum +35%.
- With the ittah bittah hookah or Deck of Every Card, it's possible to get this effect without ever getting a telescope. In this case, you get no stat bonus (and the description reads "All Attributes +0%").
