- After consuming the burgers, fries, and drinks, Kumar states, "That was the best meal of my life."
- The image's filename, "also_ate_zarathustra.gif", is a reference to Also Sprach Zarathustra, which is a book by Friedrich Nietzsche, and a symphonic poem by Richard Strauss, which was inspired by the book.
