Since the Canadians know a lot aboot magic, they have created The Institute for Canadian Studies in Little Canadia to allow adventures to raise their Mysticality. Here, you can train your Mysticality more effectively than you can at the A Shelf Full of Arcane Tomes and Whatnot in the Clan Rumpus Room.

Each adventure spend here results in between (M/10)+2 and (M/5)+5 Magicalness, where M is base Mysticality.
