References
- The name of this location references Moulin Rouge, a cabaret-type place that many self styled "Bohemians" made their home. It is named after the typical misspelled word, rogue, and the moulin, which is French for mill.
- Also, in the Baz Luhrman movie "Moulin Rouge!", there was a green fairy, like the one whose item is needed to access The Rogue Windmill.
