The entirety of this village is pretty crappy now, what with the monster infestation, but you get the distinct sense that this part of town was crappy from the get-go.

All of the manhole covers are missing from the streets, all of the windows of all of the tenements have been broken, and you notice a ramshackle shed that appears to be... ticking.


Rummage through the shelves

Among the ashes of... you don't want to know... you find a few coins.

Look through the boxes

You dig through the boxes on the floor to see what you can find. What you can find is three lengths of still-viable cannon fuse, and that is in fact what you do find.
