The stairway to the next level down is guarded by a ferocious n-Headed Hydra. Looks like you've got a lot of heads to chop off if you want to get any further.
The Hydra bites you in the <ankle> with several of its heads. At least a half-dozen. Argh! Argh! Argh!
It tries to bite you in several different places at once, but ends up straining three of its necks.
