I suspect that the particular base pairs you feed to Cyrus might alter the future in some way. Whenever he takes one, it says something like "he looks stronger" or "he looks prettier"; the message corresponds to the effect the base pair has when you use it against other bacteria. But because you never actually fight Cyrus, you never get to experience the effects of these changes. Maybe the High Priest in the distant past gains the effects? Or maybe you can unlock something by feeding Cyrus the base pairs in a particular order. --Quine 01:05, 6 June 2009 (UTC)
