As of January 2016, I'm getting hit constantly as a Disco Bandit with 732 Moxie (851 buffed). Hitting the monsters with Funk Bluegrass Fusion gave a message that the monster was being deleveled, but all of them continued to be able to hit me, and the amount of damage they were doing didn't go down. Had a noncombat appear at +10% combat, so base combat rate is less than 90%. Perhaps 80-85%? --Greycat (talk) 17:35, 16 April 2013 (UTC)
