*That would probably work.  Maybe 3 sections would be better?  "Positive, Negative, In-between"?  Or maybe Balanced for the third one, or something else that sounds good.  I wouldn't quite go with Neutral, since they're not really.  The third category would contain most effects from special BM adventures and teleportitis, and anything else that people might "think" is a negative status effect, but is not treated as such in-game (tub, all-purpose cleaner).  --Flargen 22:45, 31 August 2009 (UTC)

**The BM effects are just from adventures, not enemy interactions. Though, I have been meaning to go through and figure out all the effects that the game considers "negative"... But this isn't exactly the place for me to start that project. --TechSmurf 22:55, 31 August 2009 (UTC)

***Well, I think I'd rather see a Negative/Positive/Other Status Effects breakdown.  Or would like to see it, also.  I suppose a page that deals specifically with monster-inflicted effects is interesting enough to be retained.  Just becomes a pain to update if we do it without a Category.  --Flargen 03:04, 1 September 2009 (UTC)

Teleportitis?

I think it would have to count as a Negative Status Attack; after all, What's that Smell is included, which is a positive buff, and teleportitis can easily send you into danger if the zone is too high, or say, it sends you to the sea to accidentally fight a trophyfish. • On the hot tub page there is a note citing Jick that it removes all "negative status effects". So any effect from an attack that the tub doesn't remove, isn't a negative status effect. I'm not sure about teleportitis, but Fearless doesn't look like one to me. --Club (#66669) (Talk) 21:02, 31 August 2009 (UTC)

Status Attacks

I think that we should instead move this page to another page called "Status Attacks" and then split the page into two sections denoting "Negative" and "Positive". Mad at Science, for example is probably a positive effect, despite being on this page. --CG1:t,c,e 22:39, 31 August 2009 (UTC)
