Using a fat stacks of cash gives you a dusty crate or a sturdy create (sorry already used, forgot the specifics) the items range from stuffed alien blob, gyroscope, dollhive, dollhouse. The sturdy gave me a dollhive, the dusty gave me an alien blob, I'd assume sturdy crates give higher tier items.
