After you finish his quest, but before the war is over, he will give 3 additional bombs per day, from the side of whatever outfit you completed it in, if you're wearing that outfit(so patchouli oil bombs and hacky sacks for hippies, and tequila/molotov cocktails for the frat boys), similar to what the farmer does after completing his quest.
