Outfit pages should contain the following elements in the order shown here.
Follow the link for information on coding and contents for each element.
Header
Use the following template:

- imagem is the male avatar image for the outfit.
- imagef is the female avatar image for the outfit.
- name is the outfit's name.
- Equipment:
- hat (optional) is the hat that is part of the outfit.
- shirt (optional) is the shirt that is part of the outfit.
- weapon (optional) is the weapon that is part of the outfit.

- accessory2 (optional) is the second accessory that is part of the outfit.

- treat (optional) is the acquired treat from trick-or-treating in this outfit.
- effect (optional) is the the actual, mechanical effect of wearing the outfit, along with areas it may grant access to. For consistency, effects listed in this section should be written in the form that item enchantments are written in-game. Those listed should also link an appropriate Game Mechanics page. For example:
- Muscle +100 (links to Muscle Modifiers)
- +10% Meat from Monsters (links to Meat from Monsters)
- 2x Chance of Critical Hit (links to Critical Hit Chance)
- Spell Damage +10 (links to Bonus Spell Damage)
- tattoo (optional) is the resulting tattoo awarded by the Pretentious Artist.
For more information on usage, see its description at Template:Outfit.
The above example yields:

Other Information
Notes, References, or See Also sections (in that order) should be bulleted and formatted as overdescribed in the past billion lines or so of this page.
The See Also should include a link to all relevant Game Mechanics pages (alphabetized, of course). For example:
