This is a pair of cement shoes, like those worn by the "associates" of the Penguin Mafia. They're stylish, they have good arch support, and they're enchanted to improve the wearer's sleep!

- It is alleged that The Mafia uses "cement shoes" in a form of execution by drowning. Given the amount of time it takes for cement to dry, though, it is unlikely this has ever happened outside of threats or Hollywood movies.
