This is a crossbow made from the very fabric of pan-dimensional reality. Well, I guess crossbows aren't usually made of fabric... this is a crossbow carved from the very wood of pan-dimensional reality, with pieces smithed from the iron of pure irony. It shoots bolts of unadulterated higher thought and you reload it with the power of your mind. Woah.
Type: ranged weapon (1-handed crossbow)
Power: 90
Moxie Required: 30
Outfit: Encephalic Ensemble (? items)
Selling Price: 100 Meat.
(In-game plural: Cerebral Crossbowen)

References
- "Woah" is a reference toward Keanu Reeves's character of Neo uttering the same word at a pivotal point in the first installment of The Matrix film trilogy. Because, y'know, he did things with the power of his mind in that movie, remember? (It's also his signature phrase he uses in every movie, paying respect to the movie that made him famous: Bill & Ted's Excellent Adventure)
- The part of the description about reloading with your mind might be a reference to "The Gunslinger's Catechism" from Stephen King's Dark Tower series.
