A Collector's Score is the sum of all the tattoos, trophies, and familiars that a player has obtained, collected, and unlocked. This information is available in the other accomplishments section of your Quest Log.
There are currently 130 tattoos, 133 familiars (not including the Reassembled Blackbird), and 96 trophies, making for a maximum score of 359, not including custom tattoos or undiscovered trophies.
