A Collector's Score is the sum of all the tattoos, trophies, and familiars that a player has obtained, collected, and unlocked. This information is available in the other accomplishments section of your Quest Log.
There are currently 132 tattoos, 134 familiars (not including the Reassembled Blackbird and the Reconstituted Crow), and 97 trophies (plus 1 undiscovered), making for a maximum score of 363, not including custom tattoos or undiscovered trophies.
