A Collector's Score is the sum of all the tattoos, trophies, and familiars that a player has obtained, collected, and unlocked. This information is available in the other accomplishments section of your Quest Log.
There are currently 133 tattoos, 136 familiars (not including the Reassembled Blackbird and the Reconstituted Crow), and 97 trophies (plus at least 1 undiscovered), making for a maximum score of 365, not including custom tattoos or undiscovered trophies.
