A Collector's Score is the sum of all the tattoos, trophies, and familiars that a player has obtained, collected, and unlocked. This information is available in the other accomplishments section of your Quest Log.
There are currently 134 tattoos, 139 familiars (not including the Reassembled Blackbird, Reconstituted Crow, or April Fools Familiars), and 102 trophies, making for a maximum collector's score of 375, not including custom tattoos or undiscovered trophies.
