A Collector's Score is the sum of all the tattoos, trophies, and familiars that a player has obtained, collected, and unlocked. This information is available in the other accomplishments section of your Quest Log.
There are currently 136 tattoos, 145 familiars, and 103 trophies, making for a maximum collector's score of 384. Not included in that are custom tattoos, the April Fools Familiars, or as yet undiscovered trophies.
