This is a fruitcake. It's like a big brown brick, with little pieces of cherries, apricots, and papayas in it. Mostly papayas. Great.
It doesn't appear to have any extra features or strange, hidden secrets. It's just a fruitcake. Don't be a fruitcake yourself by spouting wild theories about it.
