The Crimbo Town Toy Factory is located in the Big Mountains at the bottom of Crimbo Town. It's full of disgruntled Crimbo elves, striking for better conditions and at anyone who crosses their path.
The Crimbo elves seem to scale with your (lowest) buffed stats. Each elf can drop any of the six toy parts. (Confirmation on these?)
