Crimboween |

Crimboween (or possibly "The Nightmare Before Crimbo") is the result of a KoL Halloween falling on the real-life date of Crimbo/Christmas on December 25, 2006. Many are predicting a Nightmare Before Christmas inspired theme.
October 31st 2006 (Real life Halloween) is the first Halloween during which Trick or Treating could yield cups of eggnog, fruitcakes, gingerbread bugbears or candy canes. A Crimboween memo was also passed out stating that Uncle Crimbo and his helpers were running Halloween this year instead of the Scream Queen.
Players anticipate the next Crimbo/Halloween which may apparently involve a "Scream Queen."
December 1st
A Lonely Crimbo Elf appeared in The Big Mountains. When spoken to, he assigns the Save Uncle Crimbo! quest.
A Spooky Advent Calendar appeared in the Campground of every player. When a day is punch out, an ancient unspeakable fruitcake, a candy stake, a gingerbread horror, or a spooky eggnog is given. If a player has not yet used a chocolate lump, one will also drop. A new section becomes available every day.
