An Old Man (and the Sea) is located just left of center on the main map.
This area becomes available at level 11. After completing the quest An Old Guy and The Ocean, the old man remains here dreaming.
It contains:
11,037 Leagues Under the Sea
In the 11,037 Leagues Under the Sea special challenge path, the map is expanded to include the Old Man's shop, Wet Crap For Sale:
