This is a pill that allows your stomach to temporarily expand so you can pack more food in there. The Pork Elves used it to gorge themselves when their crops were harvested to make it through the lean times at the end of the farming cycle.
Elves suggested that the lean times were a direct result of the aforementioned gorging, but they were quickly silenced, usually by being catapulted into the vacuum of space.

Notes
- Reduces the next food you eat by 1 fullness.
- Your next consumption includes the message:
- You feel your stomach shrink back to normal size.
- In order for the pill to take proper effect, there must be enough room in your stomach for the next thing you ingest; you cannot eat until fullness, take the pill, and then ingest a 1 fullness item.
- Failing to eat something (for example, a black pudding) also consumes the pill.
