This is a pool ball from some other dimension, where they apparently play a drastically different version of pool from the one we play in this one.

• This item apparently drops from an ultra-rare clone of the Pooltergeist, otherwise indistinguishable from the normal one.

References

• A standard set of Billiard Balls contains 16 balls, and only 15 of them have numbers (the 16th being the cue.)
