Notes

• Removes a negative status effect, including Goofball Withdrawal, when used.
• Only removes one negative status effect per use.
• Given two or more negative status effects, it appears to choose purely at random which effect to remove. No characteristics of effects, such as seriousness, duration, priority of acquisition, or place in status queue, seem to influence the choice.
• Soul-Crushing Headache, although a negative effect, will not cure itself - you can't replace a big headache with a smaller one.
